Donna has over 23 years of nursing experience, predominantly in adult and neonatal critical care.  She is a graduate of the two year program in Clinical Herbalism and the one year Graduate Program at the Herbal Therapeutics School of Botanical Medicine, run by internationally renowned herbalist David Winston. David is one of the founding members of the American Herbalist Guild. She apprenticed with Australian trained nurse and herbalist, Claudia Joy Wingo, who is currently Dean of Herbal Medicine at Tai Sophia University in the Washington, D.C. area. Donna has also trained with another internationally known herbalist, Chanchal Cabrera, at the Wellsprings Center for Natural Healing in Connecticut, and she has taught “Herbal Medicine for Health Care Professionals” in West Chester, PA. She has a private clinical practice, Sage Herbal Healing, teaches herbal medicine and nutrition in the Wilmington, DE area and is currently Staff Herbalist at Harvest Market in Hockessin, DE. Sarah Dickinson Murray is a licensed Naturopathic Practitioner and a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), a comprehensive therapeutic practice for change and personal development. She is also an energy worker (Reiki, Bach flowers, crystal therapy) and an Ethnobotanist, having lived in France for 25 years.

Sarah studied botany and the use of wild plants with her former husband, François Couplan, author of The Encyclopedia of the Edible Plants of North America. She gave seminars and led survival trips, and contributed to developing the Institute of Research on the Properties of the Flora. She has a deep knowledge of plants, including their identification and properties, and is a passionate researcher of natural methods of healing and well-being. Sarah had a Natural Healing practice in Southern France for 2 years, and is the founder of Pure Healing Insight, a Naturopathic Healing Practice in Wilmington, Delaware.
